What Are Gsuite and Gmail?
The definition from Google is “G Suite is a suite of cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products developed by Google.” Gmail is one of the products in the suite which includes Google Classroom, Google Hangouts, Google Drive, Google Chrome, and many other programs.
Red 3 Media uses Gsuite/Gmail to manage your email account for you. This email program is secured by Google. Even though you check your email at www.gmail.com, you will use your own email address and domain.
Do I Pay For This Service?
If Red 3 Media set up and manages your account you will need to pay for this service each month. Currently, the cost starts at $6 per email account per month for email and the basic apps. This is only for accounts that will be checked. Email aliases are free. Not sure what they are and how to use them? Check out this article on email aliases. Red 3 Media does not charge you or increase this cost. We can help you set up your payment information so that Google can charge you each month for your email account. When you pay for the basic email service, you also receive access to the other Google programs included in GSuite.
I Forgot My Gmail Password, Can You Tell Me What It Is?
No. If Red 3 Media sets up your account, we can use our administrator login to reset your password. We can never recover, or know your email address. This is very important for the safety and security of your email account. This also allows your Gmail account to be HIPAA compliant. If you need help with recovering your password or log in click the button.
